About Us
MA Wellness & Yoga is a vibrant wellness centre located in the heart of Victoria. We offer yoga, massage, acupuncture, sound healing, Ayurveda, and wellness workshops. Our mission is to create a welcoming space for healing, learning, and community connection.

The Role
We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee daily operations, support our practitioners, and ensure a warm, professional, and inspiring environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, the ability to manage scheduling platforms, and a genuine passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage daily operations of the wellness centre, including scheduling, client flow, and workshop hosting.
    •    Act as a welcoming presence for guests and workshop participants, ensuring an excellent client experience.
    •    Support practitioners and teachers by coordinating bookings, studio space, and events.
    •    Oversee client scheduling and billing using tools such as Jane App and Mindbody (experience with these is a strong plus).
    •    Lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
    •    Ensure the space is maintained as a clean, organized, and inspiring environment.
    •    Assist with marketing, communications, and community-building initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
    •    Proven organizational and leadership skills; ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
    •    Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or event coordination is an asset.
    •    Strong people skills – friendly, approachable, and able to host groups with ease.
    •    Familiarity with Jane App and/or Mindbody is a plus.
    •    Interest or background in yoga, spirituality, or holistic wellness is highly desirable.
    •    Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
    •    Must be available to work weekends.
